Tasting this beverage yesterday, at night, after a beautiful birthday of Valérie, at Crissier. One of my first German ale, brewed on the American way and I was not disappointed, fair ale or ipa, malty, a bit herbal with a resinous touch, bitter, 05.02.24
Pajiza ligeramente turbia y espuma blanca de duración y consistencia medias. Esteres frutales en el aroma, notas citricas. Punto de acidez. Cuerpo moderado en boca, ligeramente oleosa y seca y con buen punto de gas. Amargor moderado. Buen sabor donde vuelven a aparecer tonos agradablemente frutales y ligeramente especiados.
Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy, lacing off-white head. Biscuity aroma, old school c-hops. Medium body, biscuity and crystal hops, piney notes and a massive bitterness. Very old school West Coast. 190126
Bottle from Great Grog. Clear amber body with a thin beige head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of lightly roasted malt and copper penny. Flavour of brown bread and rust. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This is fine but a bit tinny.
Tasting this bottle yesterday after the birthday of Valérie, on sunday, at Crissier. It was enjoyable at night, so bready and malty, smooth, fruity and bitter. For me, it was rather a lager than a keller, in my point of view, 05.02.24
Clear gold with a tall white head. Pale malts, a touch of caramel, toasted malts, mineral, lightly peppery. Medium bodied. Finish is toasted grain. Refreshing.
500ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet, grainy toffee with a little sulphur. Taste is sweet and sticky with grain and toffee. Icing sugar touches. A little grass.
A bit cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Lovely pungent noble hop aroma with light lime oils and grass along with spice. A hint of background toasted malts and minerals. Medium bodied. Snappy medium dry finish. This is a winner.
