Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Bit herbal Saison yeast, vinuous hints. Taste: Yeasty, subtle herbal, hints of dark fruit, some red wine. Hints of grain and stone fruit. Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter, very slightly vinuous tartness. Subtle wood. Over moderate grassy hopbitterness at finish. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel, going to dry at finish. Nice complexity.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light but sweet malts, a trace of creamy sweetness. Hops seem quite El Dorado dominant. Floral citrus with that light but lovely Sakura. Light orange and tangerine citrus on the back end. Modest soft pine runs throughout. A touch of Mandarin on the semi dry finish. Nice, bright and fruity and drinkable.

ABV: 8.0%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus, mango - pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, peach, citrus, mango - pineapple, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190926]

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, milky - sugar milk, chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190926]

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Dorst Craft Beer Shop. Dutch brewery #349. Hazy amber with a white head. Sweet toffee aroma with some peach and citrus. Sweet taste with a light bitter finish. Okay in aroma and taste but way overcarbonated, making drinking the whole bottle a bit of a challenge.

Fles gedeeld door Tomhendriksen en gedronken met Benzai en Keukeman. Amberkleurig troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma van druiven; droge witte wijn. Smaak is fruitig maar waterig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Bottle at tasting. Clear golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wood a bit, starfruit (whatever that's called), a bit bitter. Ok, not sure what the good addition is for a saison when barrel aged. Oh well.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Zwart bier met mooie bruine schuimkraag. Aroma van de whisky, vanille, koffie en hout. Smaak van de Jack Daniël's, vanille en alcohol komen als eerste naar boven. Nasmaak heeft wat pittigs.

Fles gedeelt met Inoven. Het is een zwart bier met een dun bruinig schuim. Het heeft een gebrande houtige en whisky achtige geur met tonen van vanille. De smaak is whisky achtig met hout tonen in de afdronk.
