Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeast hints. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet and hopbitter, Dry-ish mouthfeel, spicy and bit peppery yeast notes, grassy, flowery and grainy hints. Hoppy finish. Quite nice Saison.

0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaal Bier Winkel', best before September 2018. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, floral, quite fruity, perfumy and a little soapy aroma of lime peel, bergamot and some pineapple. Just slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity, floral, slightly grassy and perfumy taste of lime peel, pineapple, white pepper and hay, followed by a short, quite bitter, gently grassy and rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing Wheat Ale, very crisp, just quite over-carbonated.

Sampled at NSBF Den Bosch. Opaque black color, medium sized medium dark brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, milk chocolate, nice cocoa bitter, malt bitter, bitter. Solid RIS.

Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, coffee, sweet roasted coffee beans, nutty, chocolatey and berry coffee character, some heavily roasted marshmallows. Big sweet and bitter. Tap at NBPF. Very hazy yellow with big white head. Quite some wheat, light lemon, orange, soft grassy hops, soft spices but not nearly as much as in usual witbier. Just medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied. Refreshing.

Tap at NBPF. Almost black with dark beige head. Coffee, roast, some blackberries, sweet malts, light herbs, toffee, green bell pepper. Over medium sweet and bitter. Almost full bodied. Quite some bitterness with a thick full bodied sweetness underneath, nice mouthfeel.
