Half-pint, draught, shared with Finn at Smithfield Market Tavern (Blackjack). Good looking in the glass with its coal black body, stable beige head, and spotty lacing. Attractive aromas of smoothly roasted dark malts, earthy. Fine balanced taste of ripe citrus and chocolate malts, nicely roasted. Quite long tail with a malt-hoppy twist. Fine depth to it.
