33cl bottle: best before 18 Apr 2013, poured into an ’Augustijn’ chalice on 18 July 2012. Brewed for a beer shop in Wenduine (where I got it). Lovely amber body with a thin but full off-white head. The head stayed throughout the tasting. The nose is malty and semi-sweet with a yeast kick as it warms in the chalice. The taste is also a semi-sweet malty molasses flavour with both toffee and caramel in the mix. The beer however isn’t just about the sweetness, there is a dry, bittering, hop undertone too. Easy drinking beer: glad I found the tasting room and shop this beer is brewed for. The bottle and blurb I got from the shop both claim 6.5% ABV.

10/VI/2012 - 33cl bottle @ my parents' place - BB: 22/V/14 (2012-613) Thanks to my dad for getting me the beer!
Clear deep blond to orange beer, big rocky off-white head, very stable, adhesive. Aroma: lots of grains, cow fodder, sewer, little fruity, dough. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: grains, malts, bit sweet, bready, nice bitter hops, little floral. Aftertaste: bitter, grains, hoppy, spices. Definitely not bad for such a light beer, only the smell is pretty nasty.

Hazy light blond colour, quite watery, with floaties (UFO’s as jorisppattyn would so properly call them). Big bubbly white head. Light aroma, wheat, candy sweets, light malts. Sweet flavour, light sour tones. Light body, way too much carbonation. Finish rather sweet, sweet candy. Did not finish.

33cl bottle shared by Joes. Clear yellow / golden color, decent sized white head. Smell wine, glue, sweetness. Taste slightly malty, light sweet-sourness, a bit winey and something a little weird. Thin texture, low but a bit fizzy carbo, low body.
