[33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for October.] A bright straw coloured pour with a tight cream coloured head; grainy aroma with some honey; dry and very smooth in the mouth with a grainy body and trace of honey; and a touch of wood in the finish liked an oaked white wine; then a hint of warmth at the very end. Interesting.

Taste malts, honey clearly present, mostly sweetish but also a slight bitter note in the distance. Decent to medium body and average carbonation. Ok.

Bottle shared with Simon. Nice bready rye beginning. Fresh with sourish hints, very deep with a nice bready rye dense body. Easy to drink, caramelly sweetness there, herbs, bread crust in the aftertaste with fruity hints. Fascinating and deep dense. Very soft and fantastic.
