08-10-18 // taster at an event at Kuehn Kunz Rosen brewery. Black with a beige head. Great nose. Aroma of full bready roasted malts, Pumpernickel indeed. Great texture.

6/8/2018. Bottle from Die Bierothek, Wurzburg. Pours pale brown with a short lasting beige head. Aroma of malt, rye, brown bread, nut, caramel and very light spice. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness and a hint of sour. Medium body, sticky but also a little watery texture, soft carbonation. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle out of the shelves from Bierzwerg, Greven. Unclear pale golden with a short living more than one finger white head in the glass. A lot of sediments are floating around. Sweet sugar honey smell like on a funfair. Taste has more tropical fruity elements, smooth hopy. Little bit alcoholic in the background. Nice Bock.

Hazy golden. Aroma is melon, hay hops, some other fruits, hay, late summer. Taste is grainy sweet and grainy juice, starchy. A bit too sweet and jammy for me.

33cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A almost clear golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of sweet mild grainy malt, some honey. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, honey, yellow fruits, okay!
