Nice clementine/tangerine character in the nose. Easygoing, juicy, aromatic, with sparse, cracker-like malt in support. Light tropical fruit in there, as well. Clean and bright with no resin or weird yeast character.
Similar flavors in the mouth, with bright peach-mango-pineapple-tangerine character. Sparse malt again with cracker-like character. While I wouldn't quite accuse it of being too thin of malt, it's definitely on the low end of my tolerance. Even with zero IBUs, the dry hop pushes it to being quite a hop bomb and there's nary a sweet note to be found. Some slight chewiness keeps it bearable. If they are going to enhance and TDH this, then it seems like it needs a touch more heft from the malt to balance it.

Can. Pours hazy golden, small fizzy white head, some lacing. Aroma is pineapple, passionfruit, lemon. Flavor is light tart, lightly salty, pineapple dominant. Medium body. Pretty decent, and still a beer.

Thanks fonefan! Black colour, tiny head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate syrup, some mild alcohol with a bit wood too. Flavour is sweet chocolate syrup, plum pudding, a bit wood as well as some liquorice and alcohol as well. Sweet.

Bottle from my brother: pours mahogany with small head. Loads of vanilla, wood and whiskey; toffee and caramel, some hoppiness. Taste is sweet but moderately so, not too boozy or sharp. Well balanced and very smooth. Very good.

Nose is dark chocolate, smoke,raisin, coffee, cocoa. Smoky sweet flavours of dark chocolate, coffee, raisin. Unsurprisingly dry. Malty sweet finish. Great stuff.

Can (1/5/26) from CBC Liquors, Westford. Opaque, dark yellow, tons of sparkle, thick head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit, lemon. Taste matches aroma, late dry biscuit. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, dry, yeasty finish as taste with mild bitterness.

Romans are straw, citrus, barnyard, malt and tobacco. Flavors are similar to nose. Bittersweet. Okay body and carbonation. Kind of run of the mill. Decent and drinkable but forgettable.

The mild aromas are citrus, pine resin, malt and herbs. Flavors are similar to nose and slightly more sweet than bitter with decent carbonation. Full body and finish follows flavors. Nothing new or special but definitely drinkable.
