Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear golden with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is rich honey character, tangy lemon, candied fruits, bready, sponge cake, sugar cookies, melon, pear and a touch of spice. The taste is dryish initially, bitter - sweet, plenty of honey and lemon, lemonade, honey cake, bread, sponge cake, brioche, pear, apple, melon, candied citrus, spicy edge, straw and some alcohol warmth with fragrant, finale. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice balance to it.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear yellow with medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh , bright, green, pine needles, sappy, biscuit, bread, pavlova, peach, mango, apricot, orange squash and orange blossom. The taste is crisp, dry, firmly bitter, snappy, pithy, zesty, tangerine, kumquat, grapefruit, pine needles, grassy and minerality with a drying finish. Average carbonation and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Feels really fresh. Has nice subtle nuances to it. Really enjoyed it.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante appare velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, cracker, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia e spezie.

Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano indizi di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca e agrumi.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia amara.

750ml (from Phill) @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: some acetone, a weird chemical, a bit of cherries and dark bread. Taste: a bit thin, low to moderately acidic, some cherries. Very simple. Overall: meh. As the most of the Italian beers I've had.
