14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Cambodia rating #5. Pours unclear pale amber brown with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, brown sugar, candy, wort, biscuit. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, watery and oily, average carbonation. Stewed finish. Not good.

[ As Kingdom Allemand Pilsner ].
ABV: 5.0%. Cloudy - hazy medium to light amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - sweet malt, oxidide. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, oxidide. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter slightly moldy flavor. seems a bit old. Short finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @Haderslebener Tasting. Clear golden, white head. Malty, herbal in an old way aroma. Sweet flavour, malty and more of that old smelling/tasting thing.
