Can shared, thanks! Hazy amber brown with a cream coloured head. Aroma of malt, overripe dark fruit, caramel and toffee. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Can - thank you, my sweet little Żuczek! @ The Hucul Rage, Sønderborg. Pours clear pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with some notes of paper. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast with some unclear bitterness, like a mixture of hops and booze. Rough, estery and boozy aftertaste. Drinkable but nothing pleasant.

Can, 5%. Weak metallic aroma. Clear very pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is malty and sweetish, but balanced well by a decent, albeit slightly rough, bitterness.Nicely quenching.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear golden, white head. Subtle pale malts and some leafy herbal/meadow flower hops, a touch mineral/medicinal. Taste: clean pale malt profile with a fuller than your average lager body, a trace of same meadow flower/wild hop flavour, pretty solid dry spicy bitterness. It certainly stands out of the pale lager crowd, not bad.

Can in trade with ciocanelu, cheers Silviu! Pours a bright maroon brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, prune, raisin, bread and an edge of chocolate. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not great but better than had been expected.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear muddy gold, white head. Lots of Sulfur upfront, stale malt sweetness, grainy - like a PET beer. The taste is pretty malty, with some caramel even, and dry grassy bitterness. A touch of HGB harshness. Not bad, after all.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear dark brown, beige had. Ripe grapefruit, candies citrus peel, dry leaves, some background bready notes. The taste toffee and caramel forward, yet not overly sweet. Some candied citrus coming through, earthy notes. Soft carbonation, moderate spicy/zesty bitterness. Quite good, actually.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy to cloudy golden, creamy white head. Pretty nice archetypal banana-pineapple tart aroma, no clove some bread. Vaguely fruity juicy taste, weizen tartness, a light vegetable note. Lacks the richness of a good weizen, but a pretty nice try from Heineken. Decent. 6-4-6-3-13=3,2

7-MAY-2017. DRAFT. Hazy golden, medium white head. Smells of macerate d fruit, spicy phenolics, notes of clove - a classic profile, though with some fatty / buttery notes. The taste is of a thinnish weizen, lacking both the richness of good malts, and weizen yeastiness. Mediocre. 6-3-6-3-13=3,1
