CAN 33CL. Hazy pale straw, creamy white head. Smells of nothing else than tomato juice. The taste has vague weizen notes, but is so damn watery that fails to expose any proper non-alcoholic shit. Could be worse.

Clear pale yellow with a pilsner-style white head with good retention. Nose dominated by boiled corn, with feint citrus. Tastes like corn, with a bit of bitterness in the background.

Can, 0.50l, shared with colleagues. Pours clear dark brown color with thin creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt and grass. Taste starts with sweet caramel, follows by roasty undertones, mouthfeel is dry and alcoholic, while finish is moderate bitter. Light to medium body, sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate. Surprise, surprise, not bad at all...

500ml can: BBD 20 Oct 2015. Poured three times into a Veltins Pilsner glass on the patio in bright sunshine on 11 June 2015. Pale gold with a non-lasting white head. Floral and corn flavour, no aroma worthy of note. Refreshing and crisp enough, just lacks flavour depth and interest. Could have been any of thousands like it brewed anywhere in the world.

Can from Prince International Supermarket, Ashford. Pale gold lasting white head. Some palt malt on the aroma. Some lemon on the flavour. Of all the Polish/Romanian beers I’ve had today this is the best. Really quite drinkable. Decent pils, yes even some noble hop is noticeable on the finish.

Can from Prince International Supermarket, Ashford. Pale gold lasting white head. Some lager malt aroma, some cereal. Not much flavour. Touch of lemon and lime citrus. Bit of bite on the finish. Aroma isn’t great, but the rest of it is inoffensive.

Can, 0.50l, shared with colleagues, courtesy of Vlad. Clear pale golden color with thin frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma is grassy, grainy and papery. Tastes moderate sweet malty with crisp and dry mouthfeel and surprisingly bitter finish. Light body, watery texture and lively carbonation in palate. Easily forgettable...
