0,25l from bottle at home. Old bottle from the 80s, BB ~1988. brown clear color, no head. smells berry notes, cassis, sherry, light sweetness. decent. full body, soft carbonation. tastes sherry, dusty, earthy, subtle berry notes, metallic. finishes lightly sweet with notes of oxidation, berries and dusty notes. okish, very oxidized. opens up quite a bit after a while though, still somewhat drinkable.

Draft gueuze glass at A La Mort Subite in Brussels, Belgium. Served as Gueuze Sur Lie which seems to be an alternate name, The pour is a clear amber copper with a small foamy off white head. The aroma is soft funk, citric and a hint of wheat. The taste is soft gentle gueuze flavor, lemon citric then moves towards funk yeast and finishes with more funk, that has a little bit of bathroom character. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation and the funk citric finish. Nice.

Rød farge med rosa skum. Lukter coctailbær lang vei. Søt og en anelse syrlig. coctailbær også i smak.
