Draft - Big pine aroma. Clear copper and a great foamy head. Pine and grapefruit, quick punch of bitterness and the sweet malts peek through. Finish is a bit long and resinous but overall OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with an orange tint and small white head. Aroma brings out citrus, banana and some wheat. Flavour brings out loads of banana, lots of citrus notes and a little wheat. The banana dominates upfront, moving towards quite a citric mouthfeel later on. Easy drinking hef - decent stuff.

On cask at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden / copper with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of Thai-spices, drowning out any residual hops that were once there. Flavour brings out more hops, combining the Thai flavourings and hops very well. Moderately spicy, leaving a pleasant astringency on the finish. Nice experiment here.

Ok session ale on the lighter side of pale ales. Tastes more like an English style pale. Pours dark brown, along me think this isnβt very pale at all. Nice head and lacing. Some malt and minimal hops presence. Finishes a little sour. On tap at The Beagle.

On tap at Alibi Room for the 400th beer list event, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of spruce, oak, caramel malts, and a subtle hop profile. Flavour of spruce wood and oak chips, subduing the hop profile, with a nice dry caramel malt backbone. Very sprucey and woody, full of oak chips. Quite soft on the palate. Not reminiscent of an IPA really, but fairly complex. Good stuff, but the spruce becomes a bit overbearing after a while.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear copper / amber with a small beige head. Aroma of dry earthy hops, and dry English malts. Flavour is very dry, with earthy hops, subtle English malts, with a slight astringency on the finish. Highly drinkable with a good balance of flavour. Good stuff.

Cask Brown, small beige head. Pleasant coffee nose. More of the same in the palate with medium roast. On the thin side, but tasty.

Cask at Central City Winter Cask Fest '13, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small white head. Nose is full of the weasel poop coffee, not a whole lot else. Flavour of deep espresso, with a touch of cocoa. Very soft palate with full flavours from the weasel poop. Great stuff - hard to go wrong with this coffee.

2014-07-20, bottle from Legacy Liquor, Vancouver, 7.5% ABV, 6-5-7-3-13=34
Bright orange-amber color, hazy, with compact head. The aroma is mild, and there is more malt than hop. The body is lean, the flavor plays with light colored caramel, correctly bitter, a bit resiny, even less fruity.
Decent beer, it seems unfresh though.
2013-01-06, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 6.5% ABV, 7-5-7-4-14=37
Amber color, bright and hazy, with creamy persistent head. Nice aroma, with delicate hop fruitiness, light rubber/tires too. Smooth mouthfeel; good toffee flavor, then some caramel, then some mild roasted nuts; good bitterness level, with some hop qualities, mainly soft resins, but not much fruitiness; long final.
Pleasant.
