Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head, floating yeast particles and sparkling appearance. Taste starts sour citrusy and bready, following is yeasty and grassy with mild coriander note, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Pours fairly clear blonde, small white head. Scent is buttery, oak, brett, full on . Milder malts. Taste is mildly tart, brett (clearly) milder, yet persistantly noticeable, butteryness. Diacetyl might be a cause, or the chardonnay barrel ( I've never had this much butter in Chardonnay though, let alone in a Chardonnay BA beer) . oaky, providing a hint of vanilla. A bit of bitterness, dominating the 'feel' of the finish. Medium to medium high carbo. Decent, but too buttery - especially in the finish.

Kakao und trocken röstmalziger Beginn mit leichtem Hang zur Säure. Würzig, Banane selber ist nicht erkennbar, etwas schokoladig, mild bitter. Nett, weit weniger spektakulär als es sich anhört. 10/8/9/8/7/9

Bottle at home from La Binouze, Paris, 15th December 2021. Pours a nice looking cloudy haze. Aroma is marmalade and pine resin. Taste is dry, full, marmalade and pithy citrus, smooth, bitter and tasty, quite complex, with a nice spicey citrus and bitter close

Tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 16th November 2021. Excellent, Smokey, and peaty, roasted malts, bitter, La Fine Mousse, good to be back in Paris. This one is so drinkable and complex, smoke and peat and bitter. Lovely

33cl bottle. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, soft stone fruits and grainy malt. Taste of stone fruits, mid sweet pale malt, juicy hops. Okay!
