On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, yellow gold color. Small creamy beige head. Superb lacing. Bready malt aroma leans towards soft citrus, stone fruits and melon. Flavor mirrors nose. Peach, pineapple, tangerine and pear. Smooth, but edgy. Tasty!

Bottle: pours brightish orange. Aroma is funk, vinegar, plum, some flower. Taste is somewhat sour, big rounded sweetness. Nice noted of plum. Floral notes are pretty subtle and don't break out really hard. Still a good beer.

500 ml bottle from Kane, 2020 Harvest, Bottled May 2021, 7/14/23. Pinkish-purple color, light pink head. Tart berries. Very acidic for the style, just punches you in the face with that acidic / vinegar thing - a bit too much from my perspective. It could use a little sweetness or something to give it some balance. Still very good overall though.

16oz can pours a clear gold with some nice, clingy white head. Floral nose, a little winey almost, grain and dough. Flavor is grain and dough, honey and flowers, a little green grape. Finishes creamy. Decent enough. 6 4 6 4 12

500 ml (2022) bottle from Kane, 7/10/23. Rich, dark brown in color with a thin light brown head. Aroma is strongly bourbon / whiskey, with some dark fruit, burnt bread, and dark chocolate. Rich and boozy. Thick and slick. Pretty interesting stuff overall. Strong. Complex.
