Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Clear amber under a tan head. Mild wood, smooth malt and balanced acidity. A pleasant one.

Очень кисло и тяжело было пить, просто наверно не понял или я не знаю. Но странно.

No head, jet-black stuff. 'Smoked', syrupy nose, with molasses and a bit of tobacco. Ink, nuts, husks. Faint white pepper, chocolate and some alcoholic tincture. Very slick to oily, thick MF, alcoholburn. Another one that is meant to grab you by the throat.

Clear, headless copper liquid. Sweet, sugary vinous nose with fortified or icewine, and caramel. Lots of sugary sweetness, alleviated with a sourish grapey extra. Sour orange, sweetened. Very syrupy, viscous, if not really a thick MF. For the sweethearts.

Headless, utterly still golden beer, more as a cider than a beer. Mashy, undergrowth, mushrooms, and very vinous, as some exotic grapewine. Vinous, musk-y, almost dank; winebarrels, grapes and peaches. Also just a tad pharmaceutical. Quite slick but not full-bodied. Low carbonation, invisible. Utterly interesting, on the edge of a wine-beer hybrid. Love it.

Red-brown beer with a good yellow thick head. Fantastic wood/lactic acid/ vinous and red fruitnose, cherries. Sour, with different acids playing, and again red fruit, woody, cherries, other fruit. Lipsmacking acidity, invisible if present carbonation. Long lasting flavours, faintly sticky. Interesting and totally in style.
