Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, narancsba hajló szín. Animális, gabonás, szőlős, kissé fűszeres és tölgyfahordós illat. A korty határozott animalitással indít, majd fűszeres, gabonás, savanykás szőlős, licsis, hordós ízekkel folytatódik, lecsengése leheletnyit keserű és borsos. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Nagyon finom, komplex, frissítő.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is moderately tart, with some rustic farmhouse notes, gently tart citrus, and toasted grains. Flavour is similar, with toasted grains, some rustic notes, light bugs, and earthy grains again on the finish. Light and clean; pleasant.

Very pale, greenish, no head. Light brett and some bright berryish hop, gentle herbal character, soft acidity. Chilled out all round. But still complex.

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter raspberry leaves, rustic saison yeast, and some oaky bugginess. Flavour is bitter, with lots of rustic saison yeast, bitter berry leaf, and toasted grains. Very bitter but lacks dynamism and depth. Meh.

Apr 03, 2025 (8/4/7/3/15=3.7): Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear blonde gold with full white head. Nice funky saison yeast with feint grass hops, lime, and white pepper. Decent.
Aug 14, 2023 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Like citrus, some pepper notes, mild saison yeast. Okay.

Pale, slight haze. Medium head. Easy going. Light salt, mellow wheat, light body. I don't get mushrooms but then I'm not super familiar with matsutake.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fungal, with lots of light saline notes and earthy mushroom notes. Flavour is full of saline, gentle mushroom notes, and a touch of lacto. Earthy, fungal, salty finish. Pleasant but nothing special.
