Pour from a bottle @ BeerFes Yokohama, September 17th, 2017. I think this was leftover from The International Beer Cup 2017, held at the same location during previous days. Pours golden amber. Not foamy, low carbonation. Nose just sweet with some honey. Taste oxydised honey-sweet. Really suffers from lack of carbonation. Otherwise some rye spices also there, flavours not that bad but need some CO2 to manifest themselves.

Bottle at Punk Rock Noodle served in a pint glass. Opaque gold with a thick head of foam. The aroma is spicy fruits and piney hops. Medium bodied with a semi-sweet finish. The taste is quite good with bright pine and fruity hops, sweet malts to balance it out and a dry finish. Cool. Oh, the label said something about bottles being brewed in the US and draft in Beijing which surprised me.

Vom Faß im Slow Boat, Dongsi Batiao, Peking. - Goldrotbraun, klar; kaum Schaum. (Verkostung: 14.8.2016.)
