Bottle shared at "Tokyo Ratebeer Dark Tickers of The World Unite or AJB tasting volume 1" event. Thanks Jay! Huge lacto nose with white grapefruit and lemon notes. Extremely tart and sour on the palate with loads of citric acid and lacto. Almost like a white grapefruit juice with the mouthfeel. Intensely dry, tart finish that lingers. Some brett noticeable on the finish. Lots of citric acid throughout though.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pink ruby with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, funk, cherry skin. Thin mouth, very sour cherry, oak, funk, slight vinegar, very good.

Bottle at WTF 2. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is roast and oak. Thin mouth, light roast, nice tartness, oak, very good.

Poured at WTF 2, cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is oak, funk, scotch. Thin mouth, nice smoke, peat, scotch, light sourness, oaky finish, very good.

12 oz bottle a gift from Ratman. Nose is grassy with a hint of floral. Orange with a medium lightly lacing off white head. Flavor is lightly bitter with some white pepperiness.
