Description
AC Golden is a small-batch brewery nestled within the walls of the Coors brewery in Golden, CO. Named in tribute to our founding brewmaster and eternal entrepreneur, Adolph Coors. The thought was to carve out a space that gave our brewers enough runway to invent, explore, and roll up their sleeves to brew exceptional beers that have a story to share. Just like Adolph Coors did back in 1873.
Admin Note: Brewery is located inside the Coors Production facility. Home of the Colorado Native Brand.

750 mL bottle, shared. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is mellow plums, cherries, cloves, and some light, lacto funk. Sweet and lightly tart. Medium body, with a creamy, sticky, and lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a mellow, fruity, and delicious sour.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, orange color, with a big, fizzy, white head. Smells of orange juice, pine, cloves, and some vanilla. Sweet and juicy, and just a little bitter. Light body, with a smooth, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a mellow and pretty tasty beer.

At Coors. More of an amber color. Served cold. Some caramel, malt flavor.hops are light, some bitter grain. More of an Irish or Vienna than a pale lager.

Drunk from a 12 oz. bottle. The aroma is pretty good caramel malts, rye, brown sugar, and dirt. Malty sweetness, with a light bitterness. Light to medium body, grainy, chewy, and clean. This is a solid, flavorful, and easy beer.

750ml shared by Ryan. Unfiltered yellow-tan. Odd, cheesy aroma. The taste is more pleasant. Kind of amateur tasting. Way too yeast forward. One-dimensional. OKish, but needs more depth.
