Keg at BrewDog Roma. Pours black-brown with a tight, creamy tan head. Nice aroma, some fresh coffee, moderate roast, chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with creamy chocolate, mild bitterness, subtle ash, dark fruits, raisins. Medium to full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Somewhat sweet in the finish, with more smooth and creamy chocolate character, a hint of alcohol warmth, a touch of bitter coffee. Quite balanced. Very drinkable overall.

0,1l from tap at Ammutson shared with Powy. Light yellow light hazy color. Small white head. Smells of passion fruit, lychee, citric, bit doughy, bit earthy. Nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes passion fruit, rather citric, strong grapefruits zest, earthy, peppery, light leather. Finishes rather bitter with notes of grapefruit, earthy and leathery notes. Rather nice one, rather bitter though, but still the grapefruit comes through very well. Good overall 7, 3, 7, 3, 14 0,33l bottle at home shared with a friend. Bottled 29.05.2018. BB 29.09.2018. light yellow clear shiny color, small white head. smells citric, flowery, buscuits, earthy, grassy, pines. very nice subtle smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, bit leathery, citric, pines, spices, herbal, light buscuits, spices, peppery. finishes rather bitter with notes of earth, leather and some sweet herbal notes. nice, smell is better, taste was rather leathery / spicy.

Il gusto al naso propende per caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il piano sottostante è costituito da un colore scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è poco meno che deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia,, frutta secca e vino Porto.
