Description
The organic brewing project of Gert Jordens, official since 2010 but active as a home brewer since 1999. Originally the beers were made at the Proefbrouwerij but production moved to Anders (and sometimes Strubbe) in 2013. One of the very few Belgian brewing companies which produce only organic beers; hops are exclusively sourced from Joris Cambie's organic hop farm in Poperinge. Exports 22% of its production, primarily to the Netherlands.

Huge, just yellowish head, lacey, over veiled yellow beer with verdigris sheen. Weyish, milky grain, white candi sugar, garden weeds. Bitterish, herbal/greenery flavour. Some underlying pale malt, but very demure. Bit dry-liqueurish, or as watered-down blended whisky. Very spritzy, nearly overcarbonated; light body, seems very well-attenuated. Not sweet, not bitter, not flat, not explosive... very neutral.

Geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en licht zoet met iets van citrus en appel. Redelijk bier, geen hoogvlieger.

Typical Belgian triple, well made, robust and very drinkable. Floral smell, with notes of elderflowers, honey, bread dough. Dry and bitter taste, refreshing.

Dark caramel-brown colour, hazy but otherwise translucid, with a very small tan-coloured head. Smells a bit like a Flemish red, at first - grapes, vinegar, stuff like that - followed by some nice bourbon, maple syrup. The taste is somewhere between an English barleywine and a quad/dubbel, with notes of caramel, apple brandy, maple syrup, bitter hops and alcohol. Medium body, mild carbonation.

Slightly hazy medium golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma is malty, light fruity, yeast, some caramel, bit cinnamon (I donβt smell the garlic). Taste is medium sweet and bitter, bit fruity and spicy, medium duration. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is mild sweetbitter, bit spicy, alcohol notes. Though refreshing a rather non-descript tripel.
