Can/4pack (without a freshness date). Pours with a crystal clear straw yellow hue with a large and retentive rocky white head. Aromas of herbal and grassy saaz, dry apple notes, mild peppery phelps, black pepper, leather and mild 4VG. Restrained esters. Flavors a grainy, toasty, straw. Grassy hop character with an herbal note. Few esters (very restrained), but nice peppery phenols. Crisp, medium-low bitter. Dry, slightly odd finish (odd tannin and acidity), lively carbonation.

Pours a hazy medium straw color with a huge bubbly white head that quickly spiderwebs itself away. The aroma is lemony, funky, a bit tart, light bready malty sweetness hides deep underneath. The flavor is funky and yeasty phenolic. Almost like stressed yeast at work here. Very light lemon and pear with bits of clove and pepper. Medium to light body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a slick watery mouthfeel. Funky tart and yeasty saison, far from my favorite in the style.

Pours a solid dark brown with the faintest of ruby highlights at the edges when held to light. The aroma is fresh ground coffee beans in spades with a roasty malty edge. Light cream and earthy hop round out the aroma. Roasty earthy coffee grounds with a huge bitter edge and a touch of cream make up the flavor. Pretty straight forward, possibly a bit one sided. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a bitter roasty ashy mouthfeel. I enjoyed the first few sips of this, but as my glass warmed it got harder and harder to finish the pint. The coffee and bitter roast is over the top on this especially at warmer temps. There needs to be more malty sweetness to back up the coffee bite here imho.

Pours a brilliantly clear dark golden color with a smallish off white head that persists for a little bit. Lots of citrus and pine in the aroma, grapefruit and resinous dankness backed up by a hint of bready caramel. The flavor is lots of juicy hops with some mineral and earthy edges. Citrus and pine flavor are a bit lighter than the aroma suggested. Light bready malt sweetness with a moderate stinging bitterness that lingers long into the finish. Light alcohol sensation, medium body with moderate carbonation. some rough edges here, but I certainly had no trouble finishing 16oz of this.

Sample. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich citrus hops, flowers, peach, pine and malt. Little earthy. Nice!

Can thanks to cocoapuph! Pours hazy golden yellow with a large pillowy white head that dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is yeast, black pepper, lemon, honey. Flavor is the same, spicy with some sweetness and a bit of a bite on the finish. Some grassy bitterness peaking through. Light body, quite drinkable. These guys clearly know what they are doing.
