Pour is a honey gold with a large white head. Aroma is honey malt with some berry hop. Flavor is about the same as the aroma. Some sweet malt with bitterness left on the tongue. This is not a helles. Way too sweet and the malt bill is a bit heavy.

Pour is a nice clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is a bready malt with a slight chocolate malt. Flavor is pretty much like the aroma. Some fresh baked bready malt with a little chocolate on the back end. No hops at all and I don't know what the rice contributed.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is honeysuckle with some honey malt. Flavor is a sticky and sweet malt with some lemon rind around the edges. I don't know what kernza tastes like so I don't know if it offered anything different. This is fine I guess. A bit light all around for this style.

Pour is a dark red with a large tan head. Aroma is coffee and treacle. Flavor is more of the bitter coffee with some pie crust malt. Very coffee forward and I'm not sure that fits the style but it is what it is. Decent flavor though with chewy dark malt.

Pour is a black with a small mocha tan head. Aroma is peanut butter, coconut from the barrel and alcohol. Flavor is a super thick chewy malt with some fudge and a minor peanut butter. Finish leaves some hot alcohol on the tongue. Could have spent more time in the barrel as the bourbon note are well in the back but still a tasty Impy stout.

Pour is a black with a small foamy tan head. Aroma is some of the barrel and a bit of bakers chocolate. Flavor is a decent roasted malt with some bourbon barrel in there. I don't get any coconut or pecans. Uber light mouthfeel for a Impy stout. Again very light all around for a Impy stout, no lacing is left on the glass as this goes down. A decent initial hit of the barrel is fine but nothing much stands out.

16 oz. 4-pack from Highway 67 Liquor, Jerseyville, IL. Light, hazy yellow color with a thick, sponge cake head of white. As suggested, light citrus and chamomile tea nose, rather pleasant. Taste goes a little bit toward a Belgian spiced wheat ale, with a somewhat creamy texture. Especially with the coriander as part of the makup. Well worth one more pickup at the liquor store.

Pour is a dark black with a smallish tan head. Aroma is a real nice rich dark chocolate. Flavor is again dark chocolate with some cocoa nibs and a decent bite of bitterness on the back end. Old Bakery can kind of make some meh beers but this one was outstanding. Lots of chocolate and roasty goodness.

Pour is a orange hazy with a large foamy white head. Aroma is not really that much. Some honey malt with more of a herbal hop. Flavor is is not very hoppy. This is more tart than hoppy with some chewy malt. No where near what a hazy IPA should be. This was a poor effort.

Pour is a near black with a small tan head. Aroma is a real intense cold brewed coffee with some nuts and chocolate. Flavor is pretty much the same. Nice rich coffee with roasted nuts and a wee bit of bitter bakers chocolate. Nice coffee with and equally nice roasted malt. This may be my favorite beer from this brewer.
