0.3 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before September 2023. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head and loads of floaties. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, burnt sugar and some nuts. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and a bit fruity taste of caramel, chocolate, toasted nuts, some raisins and a touch of burnt sugar, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice classic Bock, fairly roasty for the style and not too sweet at all.

Slightly sweetish, a bit malty, moderately grassy aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent.

Bottle 30cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale golden colour, small stable moussy white head, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, lemon, grain, yoghurt, lime juice, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, lemon, bitter lemon, grain, malt notes. Light body, sticky texture, average carbonation, fruity bittersweet aftertaste, bitter lemon, light acid notes, refreshing, surprisingly decent and robust radler, refreshing, quite nice.

Flesje gekocht bij de Fruittuin in Eindhoven. Goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Aroma is hoppige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is zoet, fruitig en licht hoppig. Nasmaak is hoppig. Drinkt lekker weg.
