On tap at Fat Bottom, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out heavy bourbon barrels upfront, with vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Flavour is dominated by decadent bourbon barrel character, followed by lots of vanilla. Silky, creamy mouthfeel. Decadent treat.

On tap at Fat Bottom, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the brett yeast upfront, with a touch of the subtle fruit. Flavour is pretty potent, with tons barnyard funky and some stone fruit. Really nice use of the brett. Very good.

On tap at Fat Bottom, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, cotton candy and loads of esters. Flavour is estery, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast, cotton candy and loads of fruity floral esters. Far from an authentic take on the style, but it's pleasant in its estery sweetness.

On tap at Fat Bottom, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is pretty subdued on the hibiscus, with earthy piney hops, some metallic notes and crisp biscuity malt. Light floral spiciness from the hibiscus. Very pleasant.

On tap at Fat Bottom, pours black withba small light brown head. Aroma is odd, with a sort of root beer scent to this, with subdued roasted malt and hops. Flavour is similar, with medium roasted malt, light hops and root beer. Not sure how they achieved this root beer quality incidentally. It's decent, but seems a bit off the mark.

On tap at Fat Bottom, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of root beer, cinnamon and other spices. Flavour is along the same lines, with cinnamon, root beer spices, maybe some nutmeg and moderate sweetness. Fun spiced sweet porter, but not my thing.
