Draft at Edmund’s Oast. Murky brown color gritty brown head see pic please. Aroma of sourdough brownies and berries. Taste is lighty tart fruity brownies. Tasty.

From tap. Pours hazy deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is wineous, fruity. Sourish. Fruity. Crisp. Wooden. Lingering smooth fruity and light bretty. Crisp dry and fruity far finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, berries, grapes, and brett. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, berries, grapes, straw, and fruit, leading to a dry bretty finish.

Tap. Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Orange gold. Light haze. Thin, creamy, off white head. Nose has light, savoury smoke. Ripe orange. Planed pine. Bit is a smoked salt thing going on. Taste is quite dry, with some fruity, smoky sweetness. Medium and oily mouthfeel. Light sweet finish.

Keg at Himmeriget. It pours lightly hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy orange, kumquat, candied peel, sherbet, smoke and funk. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour orange, kumquat, candied peel, lactic, smoked cheese, hay and funk with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Unique that’s for sure. Interesting and pretty fun.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is bretty, wooden and slight fruity. Dry, earthy and wooden. Lingering bretty and slight fruity. Dry, bitter and herbal. Bretty and fruity far finish.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is slight charred smoked malty with a some sour citrus fruity, light smoked, straw, burnt hay, medium sour citrus fruity into the close.

[ As Edmund’s Oast Circe ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity malt, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, fruity, light funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic, even though the ABV. is only 9.0%. [20161229] 7-3-7-3-15
