Keg at the brewpub, 18/02/15. Light black topped with a moderate tan covering. Nose is rich roast, raisens, dark fruit, bourbon soaked wood. Taste comprises rich dark fruits, light spice, toffee, booze inject, sweet’n’sour tones. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, lightly warming alcohol in the close with a trace of bourbonics. Decent enough strong, holds together well, doesn’t get too boozey.

Taste comprises mango, madnarin, hop strokes, pine needle, orange pith, straw, toasted malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splatted with hop bitterness. Decent enough DIPA, drinks below the ABV.

Taste comprises musty wood, pissy citrics, sharp lemon, green apple, light acidic strains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, with a tarte citric rinse and light puckerings. Decent sour, fairly approachable.
