Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Clear pale gold colour, afew short-lived white bubbles on top and aroma of ginger, spices, apple. Taste is sweetish apple, with ginger, warming spices, turmeric note. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

So hyped for this one. Ingles make your own six pack with leftover shit, ...shit. Pint glass @home. Striking clear bottle, so innovative. Cranberry infused vodka sounds good right about now. Soda head. Body of water. Smells solely of sugar & ethanol. According to the label, cane sugar. Cool. Cool. Taste is apple sugar with a very faint tartness. Is that cranberry? Maybe? Acidic soda buzz. Up the ABV please, I want to forget. This could be cranberry Sprite. Can I get this in a 64oz cup? Fizzy, syrupy, obviously sweet but not too sweet. Feels like I'm definitely drinking soda. Not terrible. Hate to call this cider though. Apple soda sounds right.

Bottle from the mix 6 @Ingles. Literally running out of options down here. Pint glass @home. Clear, amber, beer-looking brew. Soft apple & brown sugar scent, mackintosh apples or thereabouts, vanilla derivative. Taste isn't offensive. Tastes like the sparkling Christmas apple wine your grandpa breaks out of the closet. Juicy eating apples, little to no tartness, some skin tannins, cooked sugar finish that isn't terribly sweet, but still too sweet with the lack of anything else. Very faint green bitterness. Surprisingly soft carbonation that could do better. Thin body that's mostly comprised of water & sugar. Zero complexity or backbone. Added acid, added sulfites. Boring, but not artificial or biologically terrible. Better than Woodchuck!

Clear bottle and this stuff is almost as clear as water but with an ever so slight tint of yellow. First impression is that its got lots of carbonation. Nose has very little if any smell. I've had pineapple apple cider before and usually do not like it. This stuff must have been flavored after the fermentation. The pineapple is rather friendly and it comes across as well balanced. Not bad and actually rather refreshing. Distinctly better than most pineapple ciders or beers I've had before.

From the bottle as pictured. This stuff is certainly a little darker than your typical super light pale cider. Its actually a little darker than yer golden lager as well. Mild apple nose. On the uptake I get a pretty good dose of co2 on the palate. A little sweet, could have been fermented a little more to get rid of some of the sugars in there. Goes down way too easy, somewhat like soda pop. Does not really posses many of the rude attributes of super dry homemade cider. Its just easy to get along with. I am however, a little worried about the amount of sugar in there fiddling with my tummy, but no ill effects yet and I'm near the bottom of the bottle. In the end this is overall a very good example of domestic apple cider. Sweet, but not too sweet and feels good on the palate.

Typical hard cider apple aroma. Taste is on the sweet side, crisp finish. Average for a cider.
