Description
DORCHESTER BREWING CO. is a partner brewing facility with a public Tap Room serving partner and in-house brews on tap in Boston, MA. DBco was created by a team of Boston professionals with an unnatural love of craft beer, to meet production demands for the local craft beer industry while supporting the economic development of Dorchester. We realized that there was a gap in the industry — and in Boston proper — for local, small to medium-sized craft beer brands and regional brewers to produce their product in a predictable, high-quality, cost-effective manner if they didn’t have their own large-scale brewery. So, naturally, we built an expensive, massive brewery with a pretty sweet tasting room so that others didn’t have to.

16 oz can purchased at Bottle Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. The pour is a clear pale golden with a fizzy half inch pure white head. The aroma is soft hay, malt grain, soft bread and a hint of lemon citrus. The taste is a clean lager, cracker grain, bread, hay and the whisper of lemon citrus near the finish. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and finishes with grass, hay and soft sweetness. In the Festbier style, as advertised.
