Can @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Jul 2025). Pours hazy bright yellow with a foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, initially sweet then medium bitter mandarin orange-mango taste, thin body, long finish. There is an overwhelming saccarine type of sweetness with this brew.

TCBW2024. Hazy murky yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is floral, citrusy, some mild oaty and a bit nectary tones. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma. OK NEIPA.

TCBW2024. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild apricot, oats and a bit pineapple tones also. Flavour is citrus, some pineapple, mild peachy and apricot tones with some slight fructose sweetness.
