2,600th US rating! Pours a nice near black from a can, nice tan head. Rich roasty malt and coffee aroma and flavor. Was hoping for some more complexity here, although the coffee accent is nice. Good beer.

Pours a very nice clear pale yellow from a can, thick head quickly dissipates, glowing. Aroma is wildflower honey and some cut sweetgrass. Similar flavor, sweet leaning but not sickly. Crisp in the mouth. Very good beer.

Brewery draught, 6/3/22. Lightly hazy, plum pulp-to-deep-raspberry. Small, pink-flecked head. Lovely nose shows both the fruit and the plum leaf giving a tart, fruity and earthy balance. Just zero body. Could pass this stuff off as seltzer. Super watery, thin and no malt depth whatsoever. The flavors are great, the fruit is authentic and the tartness isn't overbearing, but even for a dry, lighter beer, this is still way too thin.

Brewery draught, 6/3/22. Clear, deep, copper-tinted golden with a small, white head showing modest retention. Nose is malty and aromatic with herbal and spicy hops helping to balance. Rustic grains, fresh baked bread and no alcohol or flaw. Doesn't fare quite as well in the mouth, where it's a bit thin, slightly over-bittered and a bit clashing on the finish where there's a fair bit of lemon. Light-bodied, a bit too much so.

Brewery draught, 6/3/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-brass-golden. Small, moderately-well-retained, white head. Lightly juicy nose with plentiful lemon peel and very light orange. Biscuit, cracker and a pinch of honey from the malts. Very estery yeast with a touch of bubble gum. No alcohol or flaw. Soft and juicy, very dry, though substantial malt texture. Biscuit, cracker, lemon and orange. Gets much better with warming. No resin, flaw or alcohol. Solid.

Brewery draught, 6/3/22. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, muted bronze-brass with a large, well-retained, white head. Somewhat scallion-heavy in the nose with light pine and a bit of odd, slighly buttery character. Hops, other than the scallion, seem almost non-existent. Butter obscures the malts, though there almost seems to be a hint of oxidation. Buttery and scalliony in flavor. Soft, creamy, highly attenuated. Appears to be a line infection, perhaps? Whatever the case, it's old, buttery, scalliony and difficult to drink. Dumped it out.

Pours a near black from a can. Very nice roasty malts, with a not-unpleasant vegetal note floating in the back. Nicely sweet, coffee and toffee notes, no real wasabi presence. Pretty good beer.
