Thanks G C. I definitely don't hate rauchbier, just aecht schlenkerla I guess, or maybe I just have to try them again too, balanced flavor and not an overly thin body, tasty smoked malt and roast notes, almost a kick but not quite, keeps it smooth.

On tap at Tørst. Pours hazy pale gold. Floral, herbal, pineapple, lemon, floral, super fragrant. Nice soft body. Good.

Draught Tip Taproom, 11/22/21. Lightly hazy, muted blonde. Small, dense, white head shows moderate retention. Primarily mineral, some pine and tangerine with some light cracker and hints of honey. It smells at once soft and gentle but also strong for its size, in what seems a good way. No flaw or twang or alcohol noted. Indeed very richly flavorful in the mouth with honey, soft pineapple, tangerine and light honeydew. Pleasingly bitter, malty, dry, soft. Just absurdly good.

Pours hazy mango into a shaker. Bright white conglomerate head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Sweet mango and tangerine aromas. Thick with sweet lychee and golden syrup upfront turning to hot caramel and dried mango in the lasting finish. Tasty.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant, trailing sheets. Sweet smoke and hay aromas. Medium bodied and dry with sweet maple bacon, smoked meat and straw upfront turning to toasted multigrain sourdough and bitter earth in the lasting finish. The first few tastes were very nice, but it becomes a little cloying over time..
