Foam draught, 8/13/22. Very lightly chill-hazed, deep copper-brass. Large, well-retained, white head. Lip-smacking herbal character with mineral light sourdough and honey. Clean, snappy, fresh. A touch soapy, with soft, highly attenuated malts and a bit thin/watery on the finish. Good minerality and sourdough. Fresh herbs are good but I can't quite get around the light soapiness.

375mL batch 2, bottled 2/22, drunk 8/4/22. Dark cranberry-violet-burgundy. Deep violet-pink head, large and well-retained. Holy shit. Mega-even fruit acids with soft, soft, chalky-tinted barrel character and soft, wheat-like grains. No big, punchy acids, just amazingly juicy fruits, so soft and sniffable. In the mouth it's soft, malty, extremely well-attenuated with juicy fruits, tart acidity and an incredible, milky-lactic character that softens the blow of the fruit and barrel acidity without dampening the brightness. Like a classy pinot noir without all of the alcohol. Mineral, fruit, good acidity, deep textures...just wow.

Publick House draught, 8/2/22. Clear, bright brass-bronze with a medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Malty, bright nose with honey, white bread, biscuit and very nicely spicy, herbal hops. Clean, with light minerality. Minimal smoke detected in the nose. Soft and malty, great attenuation with wonderful depth of malt adding honey, light sourdough and biscuit. Smoke comes on late and very gently, probably even less smokey than Schlenkerla helles. Spicy hops balance well without being overdone. Light minerality on the finish. Clean.

Publick House draught, 8/2/22. Clear, burnished bronze with warm honey tones. Large, white head falls slowly to a ring. Beautiful nose is full of mineral and floral notes, yet is light and bright with cracker and wheat in support. Strong Brett character, low lactic, no acetic presence. The citrus is wild, just wild. Soft and easygoing, unlike any other citrus. Gets juicy on the end. Light citrus, no punchiness or big acidity, with intensely soft malt and good attenuation. Lots of Brett and light lactic acidity. A bit of sugar candy on the finish, even, as the citrus imparts it's bizarre but super interesting flavor. Very light and drinkable. Perhaps a bit too light for its abv? Mostly a nitpick.

City Tap draught, 7/14/22. Moderately hazy, brass-bronze. Thin, white head. Big ol juicy nose with bubblegum ester(?), Or is that just melon-heavy hop? Soft, sweetish malts behind. Grainy, rustic, bubble gummy, lightly juicy with melon, pine and light alcohol. Kind of all over the place and the mosaic, per usual, are scallion-heavy. Really can't drink mosaic hopped beers any more. This hop is disgusting. Fox Farm does their best here but this hop is just shit. Soft texture, well attenuated, no resin.

Sampled from the tap at As Is. Pours a near clear orange with a yellow hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank onion with a bit of sweet citrus and a bit of marijuana underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and light onion with a bit of sweet grains underlying.

375mL bottled March 2021, drunk 6/24/22. Bright cherry red with deep violet notes. Big, off-white head showing moderate retention. Intense cherry and lightly mineralic, chalky red wine with touches of dry caramel and rustic grain. Juicy, fruity, rustic grainy, chalky wine, big cherry. Good lord, what is going on here??? Soft and malty with a tart finish and a delectable sourness that doesnt overpower. Big cherry, big raisin and mineral. Just fucking phenomenal. Fox Farm can do no wrong.

750mL bottled January 2022, drunk 6/24/22. Clear, deep bronze. Small but dense, snow white head. Nose is pretty damned enticing. Light spruce, hints of souring bacteria and just the right amount of gin. Soft, mega-malty and super-well attenuated. Wow, this is pretty damned sublime. Hints of honey, hints of spruce, hints of gin and a nice helping of spontaneous beer. Juicy, fruity, tart, good acidity and yet ultra-soft malts with just the right amount of sweetness. Fox Farm is just absolutely killing the beer game and so few people are aware.
