Tap at Osaka Holiday 2025. 5 Years aged. Deep brown with lace. Nose is treacle and caramel, raisins, figs. Light body, still carbonated, sweet treacle and dried fruits. Nice stuff. Very silky, velvety.

Making our pizza, yesterday night, a good option to be relax with this good ipa, dry, mineral, smooth, carbonated, good bitterness, floral and aromatic hop, citrus, grapefruit, a bit short and light at the final, happy to find some Japanese beers in CH, 31.12.23, buying it at the ex mugi Bussigny.

Can from Liquor Mt. Pale gold. Spicy, herbal, noble hop nose. Clean, sweet malt. Nice hop flavor, definitely your classic German type of hops. Definitely an ale and not a lager, just a clean golden ale type of malt. Likable and interesting.

From Mugi, Bussigny. Serving me this can, relax, on saturday, coming back from Basel. A nice and classical ipa, brewed on the American way, a bit syrupy, malty, yeasty, mineral with a touch of sweetness, fruity, tropical, a bit boozy, 03.04.23.

Yo-Ho Yama no Ue New’ee Ko-shin Noble Hop Ale 4.5%

Very pale gold with thick fluffy white foam. Fruity white grape aroma with a light soda bread grainy malt aroma. Very dry and very prickly carbonation. The taste is fruity white grape with earthy bitter herbal malts.

Black in color with a small tan head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate and dark roasted grains. Taste is also chocolate, caramel and dark roasted grains.

Can. Hazy pastel yellow. Juicy nose, orange grapefruit, light coconut, pineapple. Sweet and juicy tropical fruit flavor. Not particularly heavy. Quite drinkable and probably the best value haze in Japan.
