Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a hazy very pale yellow with a whit head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of clove and banana with sweet wheat backing. Flavor has a lot of sweet banana and clove with a wheat backbone.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of clove and earthy wheat with a good amount of banana supporting. Flavor has strong clove and banana supported by wheat.

Flavor is a bit more balanced with grass, earthy citrus and Belgian yeast combination with a sweet grain backbone.

Sampler at a beer festival. They nailed the style, which I find terribly boring. Smooth malt flavor and grain aroma. Simple, but definitely recognizable as as kolsch.

At a festival and again at the tap room. They did a good job with this beer. Hazy yellow, not much head, but some. Banana, some clove, a little bubblegum, sweet with standard hefeweizen flavors, and probably one of better interpretations i have had from a Minnesota brewery.

At Utepils. Light copper color. Thos was by far the weakest of their five initial offerings. Muddled hop flavor with grain and malt. No Belgian yeast character. It needs some adjustmet i think. More like a pale ale ale than an ipa.

Full poir at Utepils. Caramel color. Aroma has grain, malt, and some alcohol. Hop flavor is stronger than most of the style, which is balmced by dry malt, and just a little thin. Dfy finish, great effort for a less common style. Highly sessionable.
