Great cider starts with the apples, and since we are passionate about apples, we source from local orchards we know and trust. We press our apples at peak ripeness to obtain the highest quality, freshest juice possible. We don't filter or pasteurize our cider. Instead we use a unique process that requires nothing but apples, yeast, and time.
Our perfectly balanced cider, sweet with a bite of tart, highlights the taste of pure apples in every glass, without additives or preservatives. We are a local company and we are dedicated to bringing you the most amazing hard cider you've ever tasted.

New cidery and without additives is always a grab. Light yellow flattish looking. Nose is sweet apples and honey. Tatses of sweet eating apples (honey crisp is a varietal I often eat), honey, pear, some sugar cookie, touch of florals. Semi sweet but not cloying or sugary.

Gold pour. Thin foam. Apple cider vinegar nose. Flavor of apple, honey, and heat of hot chili peppers. Hot chili pepper palate that stays on the palate for a while.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow from a tap. Big apple aroma along with a fair amount of diacetyl. Similar flavor, quite sweet. Meh.

Can from Greg, thanks for the hookup. Slightly hazy light golden color with good sized bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Cinnamon in the nose with light apple. Flavor follows with a bit of heat tickling the back of the throat after every sip. Light clove is a bit distracting. Pretty good.

On tap at Smuttynose - Hayseed, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins, with earthy wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with wildflower honey, light apple skins, and some floral notes. Nice blend of apples of honey. Solid stuff.

On tap at Smuttynose - Hayseed, pours a clear pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the cherry blossoms upfront, with subdued apple skins. Flavour is loaded cherry blossoms, floral notes and apple sweetness. Not the most complex cider but it works pretty well.
