Can from Greg, thanks for the hookup. Slightly hazy light golden color with good sized bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Cinnamon in the nose with light apple. Flavor follows with a bit of heat tickling the back of the throat after every sip. Light clove is a bit distracting. Pretty good.

On tap at Smuttynose - Hayseed, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins, with earthy wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with wildflower honey, light apple skins, and some floral notes. Nice blend of apples of honey. Solid stuff.

On tap at Smuttynose - Hayseed, pours a clear pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the cherry blossoms upfront, with subdued apple skins. Flavour is loaded cherry blossoms, floral notes and apple sweetness. Not the most complex cider but it works pretty well.

32 oz. growler purchased at Greg & Janes, Epping, NH. Appearance is a reddish, pink color without head. Aroma is Apple mixed with cranberry juice. The flavor has tart cranberry throughout with a hint of a botanical character. Apple is here but the cranberry overrides everything. Pleasant tartness in the finish.

Beautiful deep ruby color. Aroma is blackberry, Apple, and the lightest note of bourbon. In the flavor it has tart berries followed by an apple center. The light hint of bourbon under the apple. Body is crisp and shows a tart finish. Very good but it I did pay $11.79 for a 500 ml bottle.

Lightly-to-moderately hazy, beeswax golden-yellow with light carbonation visible.
Hops are quite distinct and show characteristic mosaic traits of nectarine, light pine and papaya. Not intensely hoppy or anything and there's a touch of funk to the cider with dry, yellow apple-like notes showing plentiful fruit and sugar qualities. Some strong tannin mixes with light diacetyl on the end.
Buttery in the mouth, as well, with juicy, fruity, lightly bitter hops and a good dryness with a strong tannin structure. Light-to-moderate, engaging carbonation and gentle sweetness on the end with low-to-moderate acidity.

Draught @ Alisson's, Kennebunkport. Clear amber with small frothy white head, cinnamon aroma, sweetish taste with a chili kick at the end, nutmeg-cinnamon flavor, long chili finish. Interesting and tasty.

Bottle purchased at Prost, North Hampton, NH. Crystal clear yellow. Aroma Is apple juice and mild oak.
Flavor has a bold Bourbon flavor underneath the apple cider. Still has a nice crisp effervescence over the palate. Very faint oak after the swallow. Pretty nice.

Bottle from Greg and Jane’s Just shy of brilliant medium golden with a smattering of bubbles that fade almost instantly. Big apple nose with a bit of sweet honey and just a hint of sulfur. Sweet apple flavor with a light honey sweetness. could use a few more bubbles in my opinion, but pretty tasty cyser.
