Keg at Clocktower Elgin St, Ottawa. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples. Sweetish with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with light notes of butter and grass. Low bitterness. A tough style to do, never had a good keg version anywhere I can remember.

Can: Poured a hazy golden color Kolsch with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light faint sweet notes is enticing enough for the style. Taste is a nice mix cereal notes with some final sweet notes and some light subtle buttery notes. Body is above average for the style with good carbonation. Easily drinkable even though it is a bit off from the style guideline.

Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a nitro creamy head, great retention and some decent spotty lacing. Fruity malt nose with some sweet grain. Grainy malt taste with again the fruitiness that lingers. Smooth lighter-bodied mouthfeel. Quite a nice nitro creamy ale with good fruity and grainy notes.

Pours a medium-golden colour with a creamy warm nitro head with decent lacing. Grainy nose with hints of sourness, almost fruity and some yeast. Mouthfeel is a little thicker than most golden ale that look like this. I guess that is the resemblance with a stout. Typical Clocktower grain taste with very mild hops in the middle. Good brew, but seems like their blond ale with nitro.
