[9/4/2018] Draught at Mother Kelly's Bottleshop E9 in London. Cloudy orange. Berries, sage, yogurt, a bit of pickled vegetables, sourish, medium-bodied. Nice.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - hazy amber and completely flat without a head. Like a cider. Nose - sour mango. Taste - more mango but very ripe and not as sour as expected. There is a tangy note, however. There is a confectionery note that emerges on the finish. Palate - lean, long and tight in texture. Overall - good but not as sour as expected.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours hazy orange amber colour, topped with a tiny and nonlasting white head. Strong vanilla cigarillos nose, very intense. Taste follows with strong vanilla character and slight sourness. A bit bland body but still very nice one. Medium body. Lots of vanilla character in there.

Tap at Murphy’s, The Hague Bottleshare. Hazy pale amber with white head. Sweet malts, yoghurty yeast, apricot, fruity. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very tasty.

Tomas Tallis. KeyKeg. Light haze on this orange beer, residual white head. Palate is light and fairly dry and minerally crisp. Nice light toffee goes well with super light malt cream. Light and mildly sour apple. Whisper of vanilla. All the elements come together well into a pleasing sweet and sour affair that nails it's concept. Chorlton may be owned by an anti Ratebeer knob but thay can brew some good beers and this is one of them.
