Keg at Casc. It pours dark brown with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sour, tangy, orange marmalade, kumquat, tangerine, treacle and fruit cordial. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, orange peel, sherbet, good mouth - peel, tangy, caramel, fruit cake, sour candy and slick finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Keg at Casc. It pours hazy dirty orange with minimal head. The aroma is rich, oily, perfumed, tangy, jammy fruits, marmalade, olives, tangy, umami and some balsamic vinegar. The taste is slick, oily, tangy, tart, umami, green, definite olive character, bit of acidity, salty, lemonade, limeade, balsamic vinegar and orange marmalade with a slick finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Very weird indeed. Too savoury. I like my Martinis clean anyhow....

Keg at Casc. It pours hazy orange with a tiny white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, juicy, tangy, tart, orange, tangerine, clementine, must, funk and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sour orange, clementine, good mouth - pucker, orangina, sherbet, Light spice and a bit of acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright and juicy. Good fun.

Keg at MK BG, 05/02/18. Mahogany brown pour with a decent beige cap. Nose is tarte stoned fruits, varnish, damp oak, cherry pipe tobacco, wood must. Taste comprises red berry balsams, stoned fruits, red grape must, barnyard funk, vinegar strokes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with an acidic rise. Decent sour.

Keg at MK BG, 05/02/18. A reddish glow in a deep amber pour with a well presented beige head. Nose is tarte berry fruit skins, fruit balsams, acidic nostril tickle, damp wood, red grape must. Taste comprises dry rot, sharp red berry intake, vinous, acidic bite, decaying berry fruits, barnyard notes, fucked over grapes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a big puckering smack. A well made bracing sour.
