Keg at MK VHX, 29/12/17. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is cold pressed coffee, pissy tang, caramel, damp alleyway, wood must, spice. Taste comprises tiramisu raw coffee mix, barnyard notes, burnt sugar, funk, coffee grinds, lactic tang, pissy citric underlay, red berry fruit balsams. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic rise and puckering climax. A really interesting sour .... lots of flavour for the meagre 3.5% and really delivers the coffee hit in a sour environ. I couldn't drink a whole lot of this ... a third was just fine, but hats off ... a well executed beer for sure!

Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Interesting and quaffable.
