Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear mahogany colour, small head. Evident aroma of pears, caramel and brandy. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery, caramelly and bready with pear brandy, sherry and notes of peaty licorice. Warming mid bitter finish.

Reddish black with a short tan head. Aroma of bourbon wine fruits. Flavour is warm wood and whiskey, plum warm malt, soft lingering smoky palate, long fruit wood velvet finish.

Bière bue a la pression au Hopi. Versée dans le verre, elle affiche un joli jaune juteux voilé d’un trouble blanc intense. La mousse tient correctement. Au nez, belle explosion tropicale : mangue, fruit de la passion, ananas, avec en arrière-plan une touche de bonbon poire/citron. En bouche, on retrouve ce bouquet exotique enrichi d’agrumes, une pointe de pamplemousse. L’ensemble est bien équilibré, la longueur est nette, persistante, mais sans excès d’amertume. Une NEIPA vraiment agréable.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with rather fine white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, citrus and tropical. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately acidic, with some sweetness behind. Final is average, tart, with just a touch of astringency.
