Cask growler take-out from Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with very thin white head. Green herbal nose. Taste is biscuity and bitter, slightly greasy with an off-putting herbal finish. Not as good as the Citra.

Cask at the CBC holburn, reddy amber coloured pour with a small head. Aroma is red fruit, nutty berry, caramel. Flavour is brown sugars, nutty, red berry, brown malts, tangy red berry. Palate is medium sweet sticky. Lowish carbonation. OK little tobacco.

Cask at CBC holburn. Thanks Leighton. Light amber orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is pithy lemon, grainy, little nutty, grapefruit. Flavour is nutty. Light caramel coloured pour with a pithy grapefruit. Firm hop bitterness, grapefruit. Palate e is light, so sweet, moderate carbonation, good, cask condition.

Cask at CBC CG. It pours clear deep red-ruby with minimal head. The nose is sweet, oily, resinous, jammy berry, pine and Victoria Sponge. The taste is rich, oily, jammy berry, fruit cake, pine, wooden and easy with a dry, oily finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Oily and resinous. Not bad.

Cask at CBC CG. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is fresh, peach, tangerine, pithy citrus and light wood. The taste is bitter, piney action, wood, varnish, resin, oily orange, peach and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Decent.

Cask at CBC St. Giles - London. Pours clear red with a foamy off-white head. The nose has pine, toasted grains, earth. Light sweet flavorbwith earthy bitterness, dried berries, oily pine, light minerality. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, more pine, earth, toast. Not bad.

Cask at CBC CG - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Rindy citrus in the nose, pith, pine. Light-medium sweet flavor with light oily pine, tangerine, mild pale bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly resinous to finish, more pine, lightly tangy citrus fruit, tangerine, lemon. Nice one.
