Draught from blind tiger’s porter event. Mine wasn’t casked, I don’t believe, but whatever, I’m rating it here. Poured dark, I got a nutty aroma from it more so than anything else. Very good.

Can at Prince Arthur, Fleet. As soon as I popped the can I was asked, "Is that a raspberry beer?" Certainly is. Raspberry plus dark chocolate aroma. Inky black. Frothy foamy beige head. Flavourwise we have raspberries dipped in dark chocolate. Malty base. Sweet lacrose streak. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Good stuff.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple. Taste is sweet, appley, baked apple note, some sugar, with core & skin, and light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying finish. Quite drinkable.
