Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Exit 33 Mosaic ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale nuts, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grass, pale malt, sweet malt. Third at Head of Steam in Leicester. Shared with Finn. Filmy layer blanketing the glass. Dark brown coloured body. Earthy malts and oatmeal on the nose. Taste of toffee, earth and oatmeal with a note of liquorice to a fine roasted ending. Smooth on the swallow. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (10.02.2019).
