Description
First brewed in Spring 2010 as the Wheatsheaf Inn based at Wheatsheaf Inn, High Street, Llantrisant, Pontyclun. It was originally owned by Celt Experience. In 2011 it brewed for a short time using the name Korev, before settling on the current name in Spring 2012 when it separated from Celt Experience. It moved to its current address in Spring 2013 where an 11BBL plant was used. Experimental beers are produced under the Hopcraft banner. Brewing ceased in early 2019.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden yellow pour with a thin beige head, aroma has a hint of peach along with some grape skins, taste has light phenols, bitter grapefruit, some lemon puff biscuits.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Hopcraft Iceberg Theory ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity, butterscotch, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141008]
