About
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Haxy blood orange pour with a white head. Nose is raspberry jam, red cherries, strawberry, just a whiff of pineapple. Taste is jammy sour red fruits, pineapple comes through prominently in the back end. Tart fruity action.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of pale grains, ripening lemon, kiwi, mild bitter citrus peel, pine needles. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, more lemony notes, pale bread, grain, biscuits. Not bad.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, never too thin, provide the right level of creamy sweetness for this brew. Luminosa presenting here with a light bright floral limey tropical fruits with a soft and mildly sweet pine riding alongside. Light semi dry finish. Nice brew, does a good job of showcasing Luminosa. On the very slim chance that anyone from PD is reading this, please ramp this brew up to a DIPA, cheers!
