Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 13.07.20. Cloudy pale peach colour. No head. Aroma and sour taste of unripe wild apples from old trees, funky wild yeast snf eucalyptus.

MobpF og toktplanlegging 13.7.20, og vi starter med denne 0,33 flasken fra GS Straensenteret. Uklar blek stråfarge og kort skum. Syrlige/småsure epler, på grensen til plaquefjerning.

7-3-7-4-15 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with fruity notes of pears and musty fruit peel, as well as stone fruits and sour candy. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with pears and stone fruits, as well as citrus and fizzy candy.

20/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, tart apple, horse blanket, farmyard, with slight woody/corky notes. Light sweetness and medium sour. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Nice lasting tart finish.

330ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, tart, funky, yeasty. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, some bretty barnyard funk, and with citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry sourish finish. Quite drinkable.

Flaska från SB. Blek spökgul, disig, nästan smutsig. Jordiga toner, äppelmust, funk, snäll sälta. Rödbetan kommer fram något mer efter en stund.

Bottle from Henry's in BK. Tulip @ home. Pale, yellow/gray straw body. Smells of yeast, cantaloupe, florals & mild spice. Tastes of fermenting sour apples, yeast, gum, lemon, salt water. Moderate to strong carbonation; Laquer-ish feel. Best fresh.
